TEUMTEUM Support
Photography through a small opening. Help for your time with TEUM.
Why do my photos look blurred?
Time Capture combines video frames over 0.5–8 seconds. Keep your iPhone steady. For a quicker, clearer image, select Instant Mood: a single frame with a two-second-exposure feel, without a two-second wait.
Is Full Access a subscription?
No. It is a one-time purchase for premium films. To restore it, use the same Apple Account and choose Restore Purchases on the Full Access screen.
Saving and deleting photos
Photos and originals stay in your device library. Save to Photos requests permission to add an image. Deleted photos can be restored from Recently Deleted for 30 days. Export important photos before deleting the app.
